As a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked successfully with young adults and college students, I can offer you guidance and support during this exciting phase of life. Young adulthood and the college experience come with many different challenges and opportunities, such as learning more about your identity, coping with academic pressure, managing change, making career decisions, or living on your own for the first time.

Whether you are seeking therapy to overcome mental health challenges, improve personal growth, or simply to discuss personal issues in a safe and open space, I can help on your journey to self-discovery and well-being.
Our first session will be a 60 minute assessment during which we will get to know each other and determine goals we will work on together.
During the following two sessions, we will continue to set goals and create a treatment plan. Some come to therapy knowing exactly what they need to work on while others know there is something needed but unsure exactly what that could be.
Either way, our time together will allow for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a comfortable, judgmental-free safe space. The majority of sessions are offered via telehealth.
